The Coantec C‑RD Series Optical Industrial Videoscope adopts an optical image‑transfer lens system for image transmission with fiber‑optic lighting for illumination, delivering outstanding imaging performance. It also supports white‑balance adjustment and focusing functions, producing sharp, bright images with true‑to‑life color reproduction. Images can be viewed directly through the eyepiece, or connected to a touch‑screen display via USB ports for image capture and processing. The probe tip is fitted with a stainless‑steel rigid tube for enhanced robustness and durability. It is ideal for inspecting internal cavities of various equipment and workpieces, and widely applied in aerospace, military equipment, energy and power industries.
The device is composed of a touch display host, imaging system, optical lens, cold light source and optical adapter. Boasting a user‑centric design, it features easy assembly, intuitive operation, as well as convenient storage and portability.
Optical rigid videoscopes with different lengths, diameters, viewing angles and viewing directions (direct‑view / side‑view) can be customized to adapt to various inspection conditions.
The optical rigid tip is made of stainless‑steel, featuring high strength and durability.
The optical lens connects to the imaging system via an optical mount and outputs observed images to the touchscreen for intuitive display. Optical focusing delivers clearer and brighter picture quality.
External flashlight‑style portable cold‑light source features high brightness, compact size and lightweight design, enabling quick installation and removal. It can also be connected to a more stable high‑power adjustable cold‑light source for improved illumination performance.
Manual white‑balance adjustment enables accurate color reproduction for images.
Imaging‑system conversion enables smooth, high‑quality images with true‑to‑life colors and excellent fidelity to be displayed on the high‑definition screen. It also supports photo capture, video recording, as well as image‑file storage and processing.
The insertion‑tube of the optical rigid videoscope delivers effective dust and water protection with enhanced stability and reliability, making it suitable for harsh inspection environments.
