The Coantec C‑FX Series Sub‑millimeter Fiber Industrial Videoscope adopts fiber‑optic image‑transmission and light‑guiding technology for clear imaging, stable signal transmission, and strong anti‑interference capability, featuring compact dimensions and high portability. The probe tip delivers good flexibility with a smaller diameter and enables inspections through bends and narrow passages. It can be viewed directly via the eyepiece, or connected to a touch display through a USB OTG port to capture and process images for simple operation. This product is suitable for inspecting various equipment cavities, workpiece inner holes, and other relatively narrow spaces, with broad applications across multiple industrial fields.
The device consists of a touch‑display host, imaging system, optical lens, cold‑light source, and optical adapter. Its user‑friendly design enables easy assembly, simple operation, and convenient storage and portability.
The optical lens connects to the imaging system via an optical mount, and links to the touch‑screen through USB OTG for intuitive display of observed images. Optical focusing delivers clearer and brighter pictures.
The fiber‑endoscope probe tip features a tiny diameter of only 0.48 mm, and is flexible and bendable, enabling in‑depth inspection of extremely narrow spaces. It can easily access micro‑holes with an inner diameter below 1 mm.
Image white‑balance can be manually adjusted for more accurate color reproduction.
External flashlight‑style portable cold‑light source features high brightness, compact size and lightweight design, enabling quick installation and removal. It can also connect to a more stable desktop adjustable cold‑light source for improved illumination performance.
Connecting to the imaging system enables real‑time inspection images to be directly viewed on the display. The system delivers smooth images with true‑color reproduction, and also supports photo & video capture, as well as file storage and processing.
