The Coantec C-FX series submilimeter fiber industrial videoscope uses fiberoptic image transmission and light guiding for clear imaging, stable signaltransmission, strong anti-interference capability, compact size, and easyportability. The tip features good flexibility, a smaller diameter, and can perfomminspections through bends and narrow passages. lt can be viewed directlythrough the eyepiece or connected to a touch display via a USB OTG port tocapture and process images, making operation simple. This product is suitablefor inspecting various device cavities, workpiece inner holes, and other relativelynarrow spaces, with wide applications in various industrial fields.
The device consists of a touch display host, imaging system, optical lens, coldlight source,and optical adapter. Its user-friendly design allows for easyassembly, simple operation, and convenient storage and portability.
The optical lens connects to the imaging system through an optical mount and tothe touchscreen via USB OTG for an intuitive display of the observed imagesOptical focusing allows the picture to be clearer and brighter.
The fiber endoscope tip has a diameter of only 0.48mm, is flexible and bendable.allowing for in-depth inspection of even narrower spaces; it can easily entermicro-holes with an inner diameter of less than 1mm.
lmage white balance can be manually adjusted for more accurate cololreproduction.
External flashliaht-style portable cold liaht source, with hiah briahtness. more compacand lightweight, can be quickly installed and removed. it can also be connected to amore stable desktop adiustable cold liaht source for better illumination.
Connecting to the imaging system allows real-time inspection images to bedirectly observed on the display. The system delivers smooth image with truecolors and can also take photos and videos and store and process files.
