The ME+ series automotive endoscope is equipped with a 3.5‑inch high‑definition display and a megapixel‑grade high‑definition industrial camera. It delivers sharp, fine‑textured inspection images with vivid colors for effective observation of internal surface conditions of test objects. Images are saved in BMP lossless format without quality degradation. Operators can capture high‑quality static snapshots and dynamic video footage via photo and video recording functions.
The probe features newly‑designed precision‑machined articulation components. It achieves a min. 180° flat‑state bending angle for an expanded observation range. When inspecting automotive engines, valves can be directly viewed without multi‑angle adjustments.
● The insertion‑tube is constructed with tungsten‑alloy wire, featuring a new double‑isolation structural design and refined laser‑welding technology. It reaches IP67 dust‑proof and water‑proof rating, and oil‑proof customization is available for oily‑environment applications. ● Optional cooling‑system enhances the probe’s high‑temperature resistance. It can operate at up to 200 °C, eliminating long waiting time for engine cool‑down.
Real‑time inspection images can be transmitted to an external large‑size display via the HDMI video‑output interface. This facilitates convenient viewing, ideal for expert review or multi‑person consultation, delivering more accurate and reliable diagnostic and analysis results.
The host features an ergonomic design, being lightweight, portable and easy for one-handed operation. It adopts a user-friendly and intuitive interface, allowing new users to get started quickly even on first use. Passing professional drop tests, the product delivers durable and stable performance with outstanding cost performance.
