Its computing power is 12 times higher than the previous generation, enabling zero-latency AI image processing and precise voice interaction. The system can automatically identify common defects such as cracks, corrosion, and foreign objects, greatly lowering inspection barriers and improving efficiency.

Paired with a 5.5-inch industrial touchscreen and a modular pipeline lens system, the device supports rapid switching between multiple scenarios. It also offers long battery life, low-temperature resistance, and high durability, making it well-suited for high-efficiency inspection applications in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, precision equipment, and other industries.

The M40 Series handheld high-definition industrial endoscope features a fully modular design as its core strength. It supports quick replacement of probe diameters ranging from Φ0.95mm to Φ6.0mm and cable lengths from 1m to 10m, with interchangeable lenses including direct-view, side-view, and dual-depth-of-field options, truly enabling “one instrument, multiple applications.”

The probe provides 360° omnidirectional articulation with precise mechanical joystick control. Constructed with a wear-resistant tungsten alloy braided cable and an IP68 waterproof probe, it performs reliably in harsh conditions including moisture, oil, and underwater environments, delivering highly robust solutions for non-destructive testing in complex settings such as pipelines, pressure vessels, and engineering machinery.
