The World's First 2mm Ultra-Fine Probe with High-Precision Measurement Function
Currently, most miniature industrial endoscopes offer only visual observation capabilities and lack quantitative measurement capabilities, requiring users to use them with other inspection equipment. This is cumbersome and inefficient. Achieving high-precision measurement has been a long-standing technical challenge, especially for probes under 2mm in diameter.
Coantec has for the first time integrated a 3D measurement system into a probe measuring only 2mm in diameter, enabling a new "see-while-measuring" inspection mode within a depth of field (3–50mm). This allows for real-time measurement of complex parameters without the need for additional equipment, achieving a measurement accuracy of ±0.01mm (≤5%).
